Good luck on getting your LB to eat other foods. I have tryed many different kinds of food put in his cage all different ways and the only things that mine will eat is wheat bread and millets. Sad

I know lovebirds are really picky about what they eat! Mine eat a lovebird mix (Hagen's Tropimix) which has a mix of seeds, pellets, dry fruit, and dry veggies, and they only pick out the seeds! They eat vegetables when I cook them, but now I'm also trying to convert them to Harrison's pellets, and they just refuse to eat them... still a work in progress though, I refuse to give up! when we used to breed them (lovebirds) and as pets inside they always enjoyed apple, corn and lettuse (i know its illegal lol) and grass they LOVED there seed but would eat the fruits esspesially in summer dont know if that helps...........they did like to chew alot so we used to put it near the wood they chewed and they would then chew on it and find that they liked the taste or what ever and looked for it next time we put it in.#####kellie

Can't you use a seed to reward your lovebird?
You can try to eat the food yourself.. Like veggies.. Ignore her while eating it. I think she'll want to join you!

Just keep on offering it to her.. She'll accept it eventually. Smile (Most probably)
