Grapenuts?  Reply with quote

The previous owner of my new Tiel & Conure told me that she fed them a little grape-nuts in their food. They are used to eating it, but I want to make sure it is safe! Shocked

Grape-Nuts is a cereal that humans eat, and it is a small hard cruncy pellet, which is supposed to be healthy for us Wink Confused

Oh, Grape Nuts used to be my FAVE kind of cereal! I ate it all the time, with half & half & tons of sugar Razz

I've given my birds Grape Nuts mixed with a bit of yogart a couple of times. I think Manu & Jennie like the texture!

Thanks for the input....I knew it shouldn't be their main diet, but I did not want to continue giving them grapenuts as a little treat if it was bad Rolling Eyes They (tiels & conure) really enjoy it!

I love the sounds of them crunching Very Happy
