| Pomagranate juice |
|
|
My hubby has been on health kick for awhile now & brought home some pomagranate juice. I haven't tried becuz he says it's quite nasty tasting. But Manu really likes it a LOT! Jennie was more interested in playing with & eating the cup I offered it to her in, & I put some in Poppys drinking bowl & he wouldn't have anything to do with it! |

Cathy you should try it, it's not nasty, it's just a bit sour. I love it! |

He he I think birds and human taste differ a lot sometimes..
It's good that they at least like it: Else it would end in the sink! |

Oh no! It's too expensive - hubby could not bare to see it go down the sink! He'd drink it ALL before he let that happen |

Exactly what I was thinking too Sue !
You know, I complain sooo much about his over time, & yet, I know how expensive upkeep of parrots is, especially Manu, so sometimes I feel terrible! I've just got to learn to quit complaining so much.
... OR get a job - YIKES |

Hey, don't worry too much about it Cathy. You REALIZE and think things over.. I would be complaining too I think. It's nice too have quality time with hubby! But, think about it, if you'd see him every single minute, would it be as nice to see him as you think it is now?
One values persons and things better if they don't come for granted.. (Are those the right words?) |
