Pumpkin seeds?  Reply with quote

Can I give my TAG pumpkin seeds. I have some Jack o L. left from Halloween. Are they of any value to the parrot.

Yup you can give them fresh (my guys love them that way all slimey and sticky).Very Happy Or you can bake them. My guys especially love those little mini pumpkins. I give them whole ones and they keep them occupied for hours.

yes, I've read that the slimy part are in fact very nutritious. if you choose to bake them, don't wash the sticky part off, just bake them as is. Very Happy

Pumpkin seeds are quite nutritious! They are rich in Vitamin A, E and C!
