hates dogs.....
Ok my conure hates dogs....so much that he does running sprints and jumps from his cage to attack them, but only does this if me or my husband is petting the dogs. Now my husband would like to get a sun conure...would this conure act the same way towards the new bird? Also does anyone know how to desensitize him towards dogs? I tried by putting the dog and bird on the floor and just putting my palm up anytime i pet the dog and he would charge....it worked a little bit, but wondering if this will do the trick if i work with him more or is there no hope !
