He he he Shirin, I truly think that Hazelnut is the Mrs.. And Pistachio could very well be the Mister!
I also have heard of two greys on top of each other, both were boys! |

hehehe, this thread is becoming very funny!!! or at least it was very funny!! I enjoyed laughing about pistachio's and Hazelnut's sexuality debate!!! LOL
I must say though, all my boy budgies never bites me, and boy I tell ya, those girl budgies... they give a very stinging bite if they get the right spot, and ALL of the girls bite!!! NONE of the boys bite, they just kinda sit there and stare at me when i hold them in my palm.... hehehehe |

you know what I'm thinking? Wouldn't they have had babies by now if they were male and female? I think they're both girls but Hazelnut is definitely the dominant one. |

well most birds don't nest unless they have access to a nesting box.. so that might have been the problem with the having babies... but hey, from the sound of things, they do sound like both girls... |

They do have a nesting box, they've had it for at least 7-8 months. They use it to sleep in |

hello... i'm full of hope... 2day Bulbul has eaten from my fingers at laaasssst!!! i feel great! a week ago.. i completely lost all hopes and i didnt talk to them for about three days cuz i was so depressed.. but 2day i tried.. and i used a tall stick to feed them.... and eventually.. i was cutting the stick every time.. so the distance between my fingers and his peak would get shorter.. untill.. i caught the nut by my fingers and .. HE DID IT.. he ate.. butt........ when i have tried again to feed him something else.. he ran away.. BUT I'M HAPPY... CUZ AT LEAST.. I DID SOMETHING TODAY! .. but about JelJel(the female).. she fears me alot.. and i dont know wut wil happen next.. Z IT A GOOD IDEA TO SEPARATE THEM NOW OR SHALL I KEEP THINGS AS THEY ARE?
