Why dose my Amazon Parrot scream and bite but dose not break skin when she bites she only dose this in her cage when you try to get her out when she is out she is the greatest bird I have ever hade me and my husband only hade her for 4 days and her age is about 5 or 10 years is she to old to break this cage behavior problem please help

some birds are just territorial around their cages. they percieve it as their territory and want to defend it. maybe try getting your 'zon to step onto a dowel or stick will help you get it out of the cage. sorry I don't have any idea how to get it to stop though...
just a question- when you take her out do you take her into another room away from he cage?

Sounds like she may be very scared & feeling insecure & threatened in her new environment since you've had her for only a number of days.

Is her cage situated so there is a wall on at least 1 side of the cage? That will make her feel a little more secure. You might also want to try covering 3 sides of her cage until she's feeling a little more secure & relaxed in your home. removing a bit of the covering gradually over time.
