For whatever reason choo choo has started screeching in the mornings and most of the day...before when he made noise it was usually whistling...but now its this ear piercing screeches...no clue why this is or what to do about it....choo choo is a senegal that thinks he's a huge bald eagle... hmmm not sure why he's screeching now. Could it be that something had changed recently around his cage? or has his routine changed? And how long does he screech for in the morning? and is it like a constant screech? Do you respond to the screech or do you try to ignore it? Just trying to figure out what's going on with little Choo Choo.

thanks for the response.....nothing has changed as far as routine goes...this morning he started screeching...I let him get on my shoulder while I made breakfast and he screeched in my ear the entire time...put him back on the cage and he continued to screech...then I gave him some toast with a little peanut butter on it and he stopped...maybe the peanut butter stuck his mouth shut... right now...he is sitting with me on the computer chair..and is happy as a little "lark"...whistling, clicking his tongue...or however they make those little noises...I know he s spoiled..and I know he's pretty much a one person bird (ok..both are bad things)...but not much I can or know how to change at this point..
