I would love to have advice about the different parrots before I get one. I am looking for a small to medium parrot that is not extremely loud screatcher, that loves to be handles outside the cage and perferably can talk eventually. Please help

i have cockatoes and amazones.
cockatoes can scream a lot and manipulate a lot as well. need good education.
the amazones however are wonderful birds, little clowns always full with fun. some of them speak, others don't.
