hi there could anyone one tell me why my african gray parrot is doing biting the reason for this wen i let him out of his cage he goes on top but wen he see my boyfriend he flys over to him and jumps on his back and starts biting him could someone tell wot could have caused this please ?

it might be possible that he doesn't like him and doesn't want him to be close to you. my amazone does the same to me. he always attacks me and bites me till bleeding.
you could try to train him not to do this anymore.
african greys many times prefer one person. but with some training it should be able to get better.

you can try clickertraining. when he does something good, click and give him a sunflower or something he like a lot. if he does something wrong put him in his cage for 5 minutes and ignore him. after that start again. soon he will associate that for good things he gets a reward, for bad he is punnished.
