We (me, my hubby & my CAG Sylia) have moved from Cyprus to Greece two months before. To my mother-in-law house.
All those new things (noises, people, place, the trip) was difficult for my baby but she did great job!  Now she is completely ok.
We have one problem...she hates my mother-in-law and my father-in-law.  She tries to bite them every time they even look at her! She doesn't miss any chance to attack them!  With me she is a little angel!  With them she is a little devil!  The only white spot is that she accepts treats from them (but only if she sees that I'm eating it too) 
I've tried to explain her habbits, but they can not understand this bond between me & my birdie. They think that she was born with this love for me! 
I understand that she thinks of them like a threat, or it can be jealousy. But I realy don't spend much time with my parents-in-law. I'm not working now, and she gets all my free time!  What else I can do to stop these attacks?
I don't hope she starts to love them, but at least it whould be nice if she doesn't bite them all the time. (It can create a problem in the family  ). |
