| Canopy for cage |

I made a canopy for my bird's cage this summer to give him some protection from the sun. (This is the first time I've tried to upload a photo to the thread so I hope this works OK.) I made the canopy from the remains of a lovely muslin shirt & some beads i had left over from another project. It has worked out well - although now that Winter is coming we don't use it as much. Where did all the sunny weather go? - here in Canada this fall it has been very grey & wet. 
Fist image is a detail of Laker inside his cage, with the Canopy in place.

Well that went well but the image was a bit bigger than I thought it would be - not a bad thing but if I put them all in this way the thread will be huge!
Next image is the Cage withthe Canopy outside on our balcony this summer.
