| Pi and Normans Play avairy |
|
|
I have added a pic of an avairy I bought Pi and Norman so they can have a bit more room during the day while I'm at work. They love it And since it is weather proof they can be out in it most of the time unless it is absolutely horrendous I think they like the room to move without mum butting in all the time It is at the bottom of " My avairy birds" diary page. Sorry to those who have already checked it out PS: It was a bargain. i picked it up at an auction house up the road from work for $45 Aus Gotta love that |

Fi, is that aluminum on the sides of the aviary? I'm thinking about getting something on 2 or 3 sides of Manus aviary, just so he's less nervous about people he may see. |

Thanks Guys,
I thought it was a bargain too. Cathy the sides are just made out of roofing sheets. I don't know how common it is over there? Does everyone use tiles or metal sheets on there roof? I'm not sure what it is tho. It looks like aluminium. Another thing you could use is Corragated Iron. I have that on my tiels avairy I will try and get a pick of that one soon. Cheeta try the trading post. I often see pretty good bargains in there. Auction houses are great so if anyone has one near where they live check it out. You never know what you might find Usually people are just trying to get rid of stuff that is lying around at home, so they set no reserve, and you get a bargain |
