We have a Vision L11 Cage & a New Play Gym  Reply with quote

Our one Budgie likes to take paint off the cages - Budgie cages often are thin wired with a light paint. So when we lost our other Budgie in the Fall I was kind of depressed over the look of the 2 cages - it only got worse as Rio spent more energy taking paint off.

Here's our new cage - with the most resent set up

Our new Budgie Bow seems to really like it
- for the past 3 days he hardly goes out of it & this is not the cage he's using at night!

The top is good for bathing & a host of other activities.

Our new Play Gym - made with Mulberry branches, leather laces & screwed to the base. The base is open so it controls the chafe that falls down & doesn't scatter when they fly off. I have a piece of wallpaper underneath to take the dirt to the garbage.

Better now we don't have the old cage out during the day - Bow is growing up.

The boys fighting over a chew toy - got them lots to play with.

I hope you enjoy them. We like the set up. Feather

I sure like the cage, you have created a nice setup and they have lots of rope and things to play inside and outside their cage. Using wallpaper to catch their dirt is a good idea, maybe in time when I have some I will use it to. I now use newspapers, but wallpaper sounds more sturdy.
