Anglesey Bird World  Reply with quote

I didnt know where to post this so i hope it is ok. Today i went to Anglesey Bird World (Wales) and it was awful. There were some amazing, beautiful birds however the condition was awful. First thing you see as you walk through the goor is and African Grey and a Macaw in a reasonabley big cage together however the only thing inside it was an old log, no toys ladders or any fresh fruit or veg. The water bowl in this cage (I couldnt see in the other cages) was filthy Evil or Very Mad with feathers and bird poop making the water so disguisting you couldnt see the bottom. Other birds included Eastern Rosella's, Senegals, Cockatiels, Lovebirds and Ringneck Parakeets that were housed with pheasents and Chickens. Evil or Very Mad It really infuriated me as these beautiful birds, some with the intellagence of small children, need the mental stimulation that comes with playing with humans and toys and if the owners are too ignorant to see that then surely they realise that the least they can do is give them fresh water !!!! Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad What annoyed me more than almost all of that is the fact that the birds were physically shivering it was so cold i mean it they were SHAKING Evil or Very Mad most of the birds were just sat there all fluffy Evil or Very Mad I really wish i could show them exactly what they were doing to these birds by puting them in a small, bare, room outside with no roof where they cant spread there arms making them drink dirty water and giving them nothing to eat apart from musili. Sorry about the long post i am just really ANGRY Evil or Very Mad
