I don't know why, but my Cosmo refuses to use his comfy perch. i think it's just b/c he has had the same "safety perch" for about 2 years (because that is his very FAVORITE!), and maybe he just wants his old perch back? The safety perch was the only perch i didn't ever change, so i think he's "perch sick." what do your fids think of this perch? |

Apollo just sleep on any perch he can get to! Usually the highest one he can find really without cramping his head on the top of the cage. he doesn't have a specific favourite perch, so I'm lucky in that I can change anything in his cage and he'll be happy. |

Is the comfy perch the highest one in the cage? Most birds, like Apollo, prefer to sleep or sit on the highest perch in the cage. |

Sometimes the comfy perch is highest, but I move it around. Linus moves to the new location when I move the comfy perch I had read that most birds prefer the highest perch, but it seems Linus did not read that book! |
