My baby Parrotlets.

Here are some pics of my baby parrotlets. I have 2 clutches. 3 blue and 3 green pacific parrotlets. Each clutch the mom plucked them darn near bald and threw them out of the nest at 3 weeks, so I hand fed them. Here they are with their plumage.

The blue above the eye is very vivid in the green ones isn't it?! Cool

Yes, the blue by the eye on the green one really stands out. Actually that is how you tell the male from the female. Males have the blue by the eyes and on the wings. It is absent in all the females. I think they are just beautiful.

That is the problem I have when I see other peoples baby birds. I always have to have 1, or 2, or 3...Ugh, I am hopeless!
