My name is Peanuts

I am a Budgerigar

I am female

I don't know if I am left or right pawed

Wednesday January 16, 2008 is the day I hatched out

I was adopted on Wednesday April 16, 2008

The things that I eat (my likes & dislikes):

Peanuts likes lettuce and carrots, and of course, millet. She likes to play with her lettuce, and rip it apart, so half of it ends up on the bottom of her cage. but she eats some of it, too. Carrots, well, she just likes to shred those up. And millet...I'll just stick with she LOVES millet.

What does my house (cage) look like:

She has a cage that can probly be used for 2 or 3 birds. She is our only bird, so, she gets a big cage. She has a rope perch, on tree branch perch, and two wooden perches. she has a bell, a sleeping tent, a bath, food dish, water dispenser, and a cuttlebone. I think thats all.

My personality can be described as:

When I bought her, she was in the corner of the cage, while the other birds were tweeting away and playing with each other. I felt a sense of empathy, which I couldn't shake off. So I bought her, and I really wish I knew what bird breeder she came from, and I would like to know if she was abused. I really don't know.

The toys I have (my likes and dislikes):

She loves bells! She rings them all the time. We have a variety of bells that have different things on them and she seems to enjoy them being switched out every month.

The sounds that I make (and the words I speak):

She hasn't learned to talk, but she does have a lot of different chirps.

Something special about me:

Peanuts is just an amazing friend, she is just all special. She may be stubborn and not want to go on my finger, but I still love her.
