My name is Kirro Peep

I am a Peach-fronted Lovebird

I was adopted on Tuesday September 11, 2007

The things that I eat (my likes & dislikes):

I love seeds but my mom keeps putting these brown ball thingys in my bowl. I like to pick'em out and throw them on the floor! I think she calls them....Har...uh...Harrisons. Yup that's it. Grosse! And everyday she gives me yucky vegetables, but I don't eat'em. I told her I aint' never gonna eat'em, but she says I'll learn to like them!

What does my house (cage) look like:

I gots me a new bedroom! Mom say's really nice and big and that I'm really lucky, but I think it's boring. I like to be out!!! When my mom puts me in there I jump on the side and beg her to come back. I think it's kinda funny to do that. Sometimes she does what I tell her to, but sometimes she say's "you're alright, Kirro - I'll be back soon." Well, then I just give up for a while and play with my toys and eat my seeds. But NOT my vegetables!

My personality can be described as:

Well, my mom says that I'm the funniest boy she's ever met. I think she's right! I like to bug my big sister Macey. That's a lot of fun, but mom doesn't like it...hehehehee. She's says I'm a real 'ham.' I don't know why she says that....I'm a lovebird!

When I get tierd after playing and doing chores with my mom and sister, then I really like to cuddle up with mom for as long as I can and get lots of kisses and pets from her. I like to kiss my Mom too. She's the best mom ever! She tells me she loves me and calls me her little "cling-on" whatever that means.

The toys I have (my likes and dislikes):

TOYS?? TOYS?? WHO'S got TOYS?!?!?! I love toys!!! And I sure gots a lot of'em! I got one that's a coconut cut in half with beads, ropes, and stuff to preen. I really love that one. I like to sit in it and my mom puts little toys in there too that I can chew or just throw on the floor for her to pick up latter. I have a teeter-totter on the floor, 2 swing, a cozy tent that I sleep in, a grapevine ball, a toy phone that has buttons to push and it lights up. Yup, those are a couple of my toys, but I got a lot more than that! I ain't never seen a toy that I didn't like!!

The sounds that I make (and the words I speak):

I like to make noise in the afternoon with my sister, but I'm not that noisey most of the time. When me and Macey hear the birds outside we like to yell at them...hehehee that's fun! I wolf whistle and call the dogs like mom and I laugh too. I'm only about ten months old. Maybe I'll learn to say or whistle more stuff later.

Something special about me:

I am Kirro Peep, a creamino peach faced lovebird, and I am special! Do YOU know any other Kirro peeps?! Do you know what my name means??? Well, Kirro is japanese for "yellow" and it sounds like "hero" with a "K" and they call me peep because I remind my family of a yellow marshmallow peep like you get at easter. Get it? I'm yellow and so are those peeps!

Yup, mom say's it's impossible not to love me cuz I'm a sweet, funny and absolutely adorable little boy. And I really love them too!
