my good friend has a Quaker that pulls out all his feathers!!!!!!!
she has no Idea why!!!
anything she could try?!!?! Very Happy

Has she had him seen by the vet? That would be my first suggestion, because it could be something physical, that could easily be fixed, for example mites or something.

yes I agree... first thing I'd do is to take it to the vet to rule out any medical problem it might have.. then I'll work on the behavioral problems.
