you could just make a post in Chit Chat forum, or another one that suits your contest (example: who has the prettiest cockatiel contest might go under the cockatiel forum)
but I'm not sure if you have to be a moderator or admin to start a contest. It seems that just moderators and admins are starting contests.. |
