This is and easy question for me....Spaghetti is my very favorite food but I like only my spaghetti. I do like any italian food though. My little grandma was originally from Italy so she fixed a lot of italian food...
A funny note.....off topic a little.....is we called her 'little' because we always thought she was shrinking when we were kids and what was really happening is we were growing.

I asbsolutely love French onion soup, and love making them myself whenever I can. I even dreamed about running a restaurant that only serves different variations of French onion soup(different broth, different wine in the soup) ha ha...but yeh, get real, I don't think that kind of business idea would fly. |

Lets see here... that is a tough decision! I love just about any foreign foods. Persian, Japanese, Lebanese, Indian, Thai, Vietnamese, Greek, Mexican, etc... I absolutely LOVE hot dogs
I love spicy foods, but I cannot eat a whole chili pepper like Shirin!!! |

Okay, now talking about my favorite food, I am starting to salivate haha! I love Chicken Barg with the rice and bbq tomato, Beef Koobideh, Ghormeh Sabzi, Dolmeh, Yogurt with cucumber/mint, and Dough... but sometimes the yogurt or dough doesn't like me as much as I like it Oh, I also like any Persian salad dressing I've ever tried... and the meat dishes have to have lots of Sumac!!
What are your favorite Persian dishes?

Wow that's awsome how did you get introduced to persian food? Do you have persian friends?
My favorite dishes are Ghormeh Sabzi, and Fesenjoon, although I don't have them much anymore, because I've been a vegetarian for nearly 3 years, so I only have them when someone makes me meatless varieties
I love dolmeh too, but gosh, I haven't had it since I left Iran 16 years ago
Sumac is great isn't it??
I also love persian breads and pastries Maybe that's why my name is "Shirin" |

I was first introduced to Persian food by a Persian co-worker about 14 years ago.
So, what does your name "Shirin" have to do with pastries and bread?
Oh, I forgot to say I LOVE those dill pickles too!!

My name means "sweet", and also if you put an "i" at the end "Shirini" means cookie |
