It would be better if there were a way to edit your posts, that way if you made a mistake, you can fix it. |

yeah, I've seen that function on another forum, you can do quick edit or full edit, it's pretty useful. |

Oh, I have throughly messed up in trying to run a poll on clipping or not clipping birds! The poll questions did not post the first time. The second try has the correct title for the thread, however, I put my first question in the box for the title of the poll. My third attempt worked quite well except the thread title instructs folks to ignore the other attempts, but doesn't give any clue about the subject of the poll! Is there a way to put the response from the first thread at the third try (and erase the first thread); give poll three the second attempt's title , then erase it; and keep all the questions in my third attempt with the new title and possibly without my gibberish at the beginning?
Sorry, sorry.... |

Meg, I think I've done it for you, but check and see if it is what you're after. Unfortunately I've deleted the other two threads so I hope I haven't deleted anything you want from there. |

Thank you, Cheeta, it is so much better! When I wrote the questions, for some reason, I thought people would be able to respond with "yes" or "no" for each one, so the poll questions don't make much sense. However, they should stimulate some interesting comments anyway. Thanks. |
