Hi Sue,
Just a Suggestion...
I love the idea of displaying a still of the Movie. But could you make it optional. In my case it would sure cliter my my home page if I had a Picture for each Vid on my page. I know, I know I am unusal (that's what Carrie says anyway  ), But if you still have the script around why not use and add a Tab or a couple of Radio buttons on the movie down load popup? Again this is just a suggestion, I can setup a Diary page for each birds Vids and place a link to them from my home page...

Hey John, funny I should find this post after looking at your homepage today. (I was thinking something like you: I didn't think the image looked nice on your page with all those links..  )
