Today Zazu joined me to the garden center, as I had to buy some new cage bedding..
When we were there, he didn't just want to buy the cage bedding and leave, no, he had to see the entire garden center. So off we went.. First to the department for garden plants and fences outside.. There were mostly Christmas trees, at this time of year. No nice plants..
Note that the photos are not high quality as they have been taken with a mobile phone..
On the photo below you can see Zazu shopping..

There also was a Christmas department, so I showed Zazu some Christmas decoration.
He thought red wouldn't do, it would not match his colors, and the decoration was looking terrible, according to him.
On the photo below you can see Zazu is giving the red decoration a disapproving look..

So I tried to show him that a tree all decorated in red could look nice. He couldn't even be charmed by the look of the full picture of what a tree in red would look like.. No red for me, he must have thought!
On the background, you can see the tree with the red decoration..

This could charm Zazu more: A nice fire place & a mirror.. So he could admire himself and not get cold. The fire place was there for show, it wasn't working by the way..

On the photo below, Zazu is looking at the reindeer cuddle toy.. He liked his big black nose. :-)

We got kind of thirsty and decided to sit down at the garden center's restaurant for a drink and some soup.. :-) Zazu was too busy with looking around, he didn't even have time to beg for a piece of bread.

When we got his cage bedding, we went to the counter to pay.. On the photo below you can see Zazu sitting on a bag full of cage bedding!
